My name is Brontë Abigail Eliot (November 8, 1972). Some call me Ronnie. I was married once upon a time to Brian McFarland. Asher, Gabby, Caleb, and Noah are all mine. When I lost my job during the divorce, I willingly gave Brian custody of the kids because I knew he could provide for them better. Though we had a lot of enmity between us at the start of our divorced life, we've become quite good friends since, thanks mostly to the kids.
Since the divorce, I've been staying with my baby sister, Austen Kathleen Eliot (April 3, 1985). She works super hard to keep a roof over her head while still working to pursue her dreams. She's working on independently producing her debut album, titled Dear Baby, Mama Loves You. Poor thing has had a bit of a rough go with relationships and has found herself coerced into ending a pregnancy on a couple occasions in her youth, despite wanting nothing more than to be a mother and to follow her dreams.
Within the last year, our baby half sister, Angelou Josepha Eliot (August 3, 1994), came to live with us too after finding out some disturbing news. Angie had been living on her own since after college, working as a nurse in a psych unit. The long hours took their toll and she ended up seeing a psychiatrist herself. In her meetings with the doctor, they began to unravel some of the mysteries Angie held within, questions she had about blank spots in her memory during important times of her life. She confronted our mother about the night her life exploded, the night which led to our mother divorcing Angie's father and the night which held the biggest, blankest spot in her memory. Our mother confessed to Angie why things happened the way they did that night and Angie hasn't been the same since. She moved in with us shortly after, too scared to continue living on her own.
